The CareDevi Story
CareDevi was inspired by Devi, the late grandmother of our founder Sujan and CTO Pawan. While their mother worked long hours as a teacher, Devi played a central role in raising them, providing the love, support, and guidance that helped shape who they are today.
Her spirit of care continues to inspire everything we do — including our provider platform. CareDevi for Providers was founded to extend that same compassion into clinical settings, helping practices deliver better patient experiences with less administrative overhead.
The name Devi carries an even deeper meaning. In Nepali, Devi means “goddess”— strength, care, and protection. By joining “Care” with “Devi,” we honor the woman who inspired us while embracing a mission rooted in connection, empowerment, and well-being.
